Summer 2017 is going to be a major summer movie season for Hollywood and to kick it off will be Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2. from director James Gunn. Just two months ago, Marvel Studios released a sneak peek at the film offering fans some tantalizing glimpses of the galaxy’s unlikeliest heroes.
Tonight Marvel will unveil the first official trailer for the film during the broadcast of the ACC Championship Game at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
The film stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Glenn Close, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki and Kurt Russell. Written and directed by James Gunn.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 hits theaters May 5, 2017.
Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos.
